These numbers include all Single Family, Single family with Acreage, Condos, Townhomes, and Manufacutured Homes on Owned Lot listings in the Meridian areas.
Active listings 1290
Pending 187
Sold 132
Average sales price $255,120
Average Days on Market 84
Sales price as percentage of Asking price 92%
Northwest Meridian was the most active with 52 sales, followed by Northeast Meridian at 49, Southeast had 24 sales, followed by Southwest with 4.
These numbers look promising for the upcoming months in Meridian. The number of active properties decreased from June numbers. The average sales price also increased.
