Absorption rate 13.10 months (this is a measurement of how many months of inventory there is on the market)

Sales price as percentage of Asking price  81%

As you can see, the absorption rate is just under 1 year.  Anything over 6 months inventory is considered to be a buyers market, so you can see that it would be a great time to buy a home in Eagle!  Given that Eagle is the most prestigeous community in the Boise Idaho metro area, it will surely remain a place where people want to live, and therefore prices will rebound in the future.
