These numbers include all Single Family, Single family with Acreage, Condos, Townhomes, and Manufacutured Homes on Owned Lot listings in the Meridian areas.

Absorption Rate 7.91 (This is a measurement of how many months inventory there is on the market.)

Northwest Meridian was the most active with 73 sales, followed by Northeast Meridian at 36, Southeast had 31 sales, followed by Southwest with 8. 

The number of active properties decreased from July numbers.  The average sales price also decreased however.   With the lowest absorption rate in the Treasure Valley, Meridian is a great place to own a home.
